Buff caps are basicly caps that give you buffs when worn, i eventually want to make a entire set for each buff, but im not sethbling

So theres three caps:



Strength cap, Forged in Hulks head, This gives you strength 4

Speed Cap, Found in supermans trash can, This gives you speed 4

Invincibilty Cap, Made in a weapons Accident, this gives you resinsence.
