Another them build for Cassare Minecraft.
We've started trying to get a feel for each races' ships, so I built a small dwarven ship. It's actually the first ship I've ever fully made! The interior wasn't anything noteworthy, so I left it out of the picture. This build can be viewed in default or Conquest, both with optimal enjoyment. It's just that I effing LOVE Conquest. :D/
I figured that since Dwarves barely use wood for their houses, that they would use most of their wood they do get on their boats.
The mast was okay, but the sail is strange. I'm working on adding wind to it. I feel like the tilted base gives it character, but making it look like it's billowing is difficult. Also, I only had one mast, which was a bit of a mistake. No particular way to steer it, either. However, despite the missing features, I feel as though I have the overall theme of the ship down.
Now we're working on some stuff for the donator races and the orcs. We've built some Titan houses and are working on a TItan steam boat. Titans will be master blacksmiths and live near mountainous and usually volcanic areas, so they don't have much wood. They're the most industrial out of all the races, as they will be the only ones with steam boats rather than sail or row boats.
