Center Square Mall is a small mall built on the outskirts of my custom city, Luscar. The portion in the photos is the back portion, and I am now working on the front portion which has been converted into a strip mall. It was originally anchored by JCPenney and Target, but JCPenney has since closed and is now occupied by a liquidation store, and the former Target is sitting vacant.
