Nice creation! I love the colors you pick and the overall shape. If I may give a bit critic, the body is a bit blocky and too proportional for a creature.

If you worldedit or voxel any part of an organic structure, make sure you refine and smooth it by hand. (the last part is key)

Ooh, this is cool! :D If I had to give any feedback... try manually smoothing out the dragon's "skin"- I'm presuming you used a worldedit brush or something to do this, just try to make each "segment" less circular... if I'm making any sense. :P
