Continental Building (built 1930) is a 46-story Art Deco skyscraper located at Lime Street (W 5th St) & 8th Ave. Was under an ownership of Continental Company until 1984. Since that year it is an architectural monument and belongs to MCAUCS (Monument Conservation Association of the United Citrus States (founded 1968)).

All buildings will have exact addresses, but it will be later, when I'll finish the city (which will probably take several years). There is no interior and will not be.
All projects I will upload are from one giant project called "the United Citrus States (UCS)". I'll name the state and city in the project title.
The buildings on the background will have their own pages.
And I'm sorry, but there will not be any download link because I don't want to upload an unfinished map. I'll make an announcement, so you will know.
Also I apologize for my poor english.

Hey. I have been watching your city grow, and I see one big problem, and that is there is no uniformity in your city. What I mean by that is the sizes of your buildings on the plots don't fit in and I don't see where the sidewalk ends and the buildings will begin in the plots. The buildings seem to be placed, and other buildings built around them. Like for one thing that Woolworth tribute buiding looks far away from the road when in reality it would be snug and fill a big portion of the plot, because that is how a lot of pre-1950's buildings were built in big cities, and how others in the project are close to the road. Maybe I am missing something. This isn't an attack, but I am trying to help you. Cities are hard to build right, and I still struggle to do mine the best I can. If you have any questions PM me on here.

Hello. Thanks for the advice! I had another version of this map one year ago, when I was making a concept of this project. I built a lot there, that city was bigger that NLC now. I remade the best buildings from the older city, pasted them to the current and that's the result: a lot of empty spaces with little buildings on them. So right now there is only one place in the city that is 100% complete: 5th Ave & 12th St (I can show you some pics of it if you want). In short, it's easier for me to build a landmark for each quarter and after that to build smaller buildings just to fill the rest of a quarter. Also I will add some details on the streets, like bus stations, trash cans, mail boxes etc. You can PM me as well if you want to ask me or get some details and nuances of the project.
