This is a project I did with the Tekkit mod pack. After constructing a Diamond Factory, I wanted to move away from hard industrial things and go to something more... tasty. So the Cookie Factory and Shop were born.

As seen in photo 3, I used redstone lamps in the floor and ceiling to provide light for the inside of the factory and wired them up with red alloy wire to two unseen levers, which when pulled each light up half the factory. It actually took more time to build the building itself than to wire up the lights and build the production lines. lmao

In photo 4 you can clearly see production line 1. Its simply 2 large chests hooked up to an automatic crafting table via wooden and cobblestone pipes. With red alloy wire linking up the three redstone engines, the whole line can be turned on by a single flip of a lever. With both production lines running, the factory can produce 160 cookies in a single minute... while the engines are blue. At red, it is projected that the factory can pump out nearly 500 cookies a minute. Yes, that is a lot of cookies.

In photo 5 you can see the delivery system. I'm sure you're thinking "but that goes no where". Well, you're wrong. That white pipe you see is a item teleport pipe, which sends items to a receiving item teleport pipe inside the cookie store and fills the chest there. Like the production lines and the lights, the delivery system is wired up to a single lever using red alloy wire.

*For those of you that don't know, Red Alloy Wire is 16x more effective than Redstone Dust- meaning that a redstone current can travel 16 times further before dying.

Thank you for taking the time to view my project. I'll be posting up my Diamond Factory, showing all its components as well as explaining how to build one yourself, very soon.

Additional Notes

*Please notice that this uses a lot of Tekkit specific blocks, such as wires, pipes, engines and the like. This is not possible on Vanilla Minecraft.

*Also, since the tekkit pack is a version behind normal Minecraft, 'Cocoa Pods' have yet to be introduced and thus the only way to mass produce Cocoa Beans for the factory is to use an Energy Condenser.
