Although I agree with Tatsuyaj that the top platform shouldn't be much wider than the base of the "upside-down mountains" on the underneath, if you built it the opposite way, with grass underneath and stone on top, this could be an interesting idea of a few mountains ripped from the ground and flipped upside down.

the bottom part is nice, but the platform shouldn't be that much larger than the bottom, makes it kinda weird. Amost like the bottom taped on a platform.
