Here it is, my version of the portuguese passenger EMU (or 'UTE' for Triple Electric Unit), the CP 2240 series, which serves the main line regional trains. This is also made to a slight bigger scale, 3:1 and not the 2,33:1 I usually use. Hope you all enjoy it and to see you on my next project! As usual it also features full interiors as well as the two paint schemes.
Note: I don't take any credit for the real life photos of the engines shown, they are only used for the sole purpose of providing people with a mean of comparison between my work and the real thing.

About the unit:
This triple units were made by renovating the old 2100 and 2200 series, process that ocurred between 2004 and 2005. Later in 2011 some units were refurnished to fit intercity services, but due to complaints, trains hauled by the 5600 series were used instead. This units are also called 'Lilis' ou 'Silícios'.
