This is a custom built mall that has a lot of space within. It is accompanied by a few high-rise skyscrapers with unique elements. The high-rise buildings have different sets of elevators that lead to a group of different floors. "One Croydon Place" building is exactly based off of the One Kansas City Place building in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. "Croydon Center Plaza" building is based off of the 1801 S California building in Denver, Colorado.

"Two Croydon Place" is my own unique design. There is an Ice skating rink within the mall as well as a food court and plenty of other space for retail furnishing and/or office space in the buildings. There are delivery dock areas and back storage areas as well as restrooms.
