I watched my friend play Dead Space 2, and once it got far enough to where it revealed that they made a replica of the marker, I nearly wet myself. soon after, it was the marker that had done the necrosis mutations.
After that, I've avoided the games. I do plan on playing Dead Space 2 when I want to feel a bit of adrenaline, but not now, not for a while.
The second game is more focused on Isaacs insanity, which makes you think a lot afterwards.
BTW, I NEVER put my back to a wall. I always had the fusion cutter out, my main weapon, switching from horizontal to vertical as necessary and bismembering them. Barely used any other weapons and ALWAYS had lots of ammo for boss battles.
When Dead Space 2 came into my attention, I was first like, "Oh shit! Not again!" But once it progressed to him being a badass, creating his own stasis module, his own fusion cutter, and even soemthign else (can't remember).
After that, it's like, badass mode all around, here we go again...Die damn it! Stay dead! Why the hell are they worshipping this fucked up object?! Oh...I forgot...People worship whatever the hell they want.
So, I wasn't disappointed.
