CI base "Thoth-0" was originally an outpost that was renovated by CI personal,

The base was originally called "Thoth-1" and was a small SCP foundation outpost

That predates the current facility called "Lunar Area -32" it was renovated years later after the base

was abandoned.

Legend has it you can still see remnants of the SCP foundation in the CI base.
