Desperate Escape
Do you see yourself as an skilled Minecraft-player? It is time to put that skill to the test.
Your goal is to simply escape. Run, jump and solve small puzzles to escape, only to do it all over again.
Along the path you will see purple wool with buttons on them - these are checkpoints, and will save your state. Use them at your own will. When you make it to the end your checkpoints will be reset, and you will be able to try the whole course again.
You think you will make it?
Difficulty:
Amateur - Easy - Normal - Hard - Professional - Godlike
Installation:
- unzip the DesperateEscape-zip using an extraction-tool (we recommend WinRar) and put the world-folder into your minecraft saves folder.
- if you are uncertain where to put it, press the windows button, type in %appdata% and you will see a Roaming folder. Click it and you will see a .minecraft folder. Within this folder you will see a saves-folder. Put the world-folder here, and you are good to go.
- if you want to play the map on a server, simply download a serverclient from minecraft.net and start the server. Then close it, and replace the files within the world-folder with the files from the DesperateEscape world-folder and you should be good to go.
Have fun!
Leave a heart, a diamond or a comment if you please!
Some tips:
The awsome run done by Kunos. His time is 1:26! Impressive!
We've released Desperate Escape 2! Take a look at this trailer:

Some tips:
- Try to maintain speed, and get into the flow. Taking one jump at a time is much harder than chaining them together.
- Practice the double-jump. If you sprint - jump - jump, the second jump will take your further than the first.
- Practice timing and precision. When chaining together jump it may be vital to make the jump at the right time, especially when there are piston involved. Jumping from the very edge is also a must.
- Play!

Again wanna say so pleased with this map guys, can't wait to see more (?)
Oh and yeah, the timer idea is pure genious ;)
Is it okay if we leave a link to your video in the description?
Thanks for the tip on making a timer. That would surely give the maps an extra edge. We'll try to implement it in our future releases! :)
