Really an interesting phenomenom, player movement speed is left untouched but the world update is seriously delayed due to massive parallel elaboration, I call this effect 'Computational Lag' since is not slowing player controls.

I encountered it while I was working on my Universal Modules and on the WDU Project
The challenge is to be able to design machines that are able to work properly even under these conditions, since many redstone mechanics cannot be trusted 100% anymore.
