Concept
Dystopian Dissonance is a futuristic cyberpunk build that explicitly juxtaposes the wealthy and the common folk. The elite members of this community live in the central skyscraper, which is surrounded by slums for the less fortunate people. The slums build up to the skyscraper, even climbing up onto it.
