Today I bring you guys a new project which has been in the works for quite a while. This 1:1 Scale Replica of the beautiful Enchantment of the Seas took approximately 3 months to build. This ship was for sure one of my most difficult to build as the Deck Plans lack detail so its quite difficult to build off of. I hope you all enjoy exploring this beautiful ship, and leave a diamond if you really enjoy!
About the Ship
Enchantment of the Seas is a Vision-Class cruise ship operated by Royal Caribbean International. Her two propellers are highly skewed fixed pitch types, and manufactured in Sweden. Enchantment and her sister Grandeur of the Seas are the first two major cruise ships to be equipped with a Dynamic Positioning System. This system is frequently used while in port, particularly when tender boats are used
2005 Overhaul
Enchantment of the Seas was overhauled in 2005. Part of the overhaul included stretching the vessel. To do this the ship had to be cut into two, and adding a 22 meter long section. This new section added 151 new staterooms, outdoor trampoline bungees, suspension bridges, and a bigger and better pool area.
Current Itineraries
Enchantment of the Seas is currently sailing 3 and 4 day cruises to the Caribbean Round Trip from Port Canaveral Florida. The 4 day cruise with stops in Nassau, Bahamas and Coco Cay with a sea day in between. While the 3 day sails to Nassau Bahamas, Coco Cay without the sea day.
