It wasnt hard at all. You gave us too many resurces with those signs, and you overlooked the fact that players in survival can break EVERYTHING apart from bedrock with their fist. I was even able to go on the outside section through a hole in the ceiling(by using the signs). The last puzzle was also solvable with the signs you gave us. Anyways i understand that this might be an oversight so i played it again without destroying the signs and it was a pretty neat litle escape room. It had that oldschool minecraft map vibe. But still I wouldn't call it super hard.
Some recomendations to make this map and future possible maps better:

1. Watch out how many items and blocks you give to survival players and consider all the possible things the players could do with them
2. Try to hide backround redstone as much as possible(except if it is intended) you can do this with command blocks too.
3. Make sure that the players cant go out of bounds
4. Try to force the players to make the intended solutions

Anyway thats all, i would like to say that i had fun playing this map!🙌🙌

You said "I've never seen these mechanics in an escape room" i know its my first map i dont know if you like this map but its my No.1 map its nothing im making bigger ideas in my brain

Okay few issues...

1) Lobby probably took 20 seconds

2) Not made for adventure mode

3) If you have a survival escape map, you have to make it so we know what to do next. Its not like in adventure mode where certain blocks can do/be placed on certain stuff.

4) Don't make people google stuff, offer hints or ways for them to find out what to do inside the map.

With that being said, it has some pros also,

1) I've never seen these mechanics in an escape room.

2) It was beatable

3) Took us back to basics with the use of only redstone

I believe a great escape map requires command blocks. Google will be your best friend when learning how to use them, I have a map in progress with my younger brother, its our first map ever, but we have spent hours on hours learning how to use command blocks.

I am assuming this is your first map, and if so, great job. It's honestly a decent little escape room! :)
