This is a personal take on Luca's BlitzBall arena as seen in FFX. Please note I used worldguard to keep the water from falling everywhere, so loading this schematic MIGHT cause a leakage of water.
BlitzBall is a very complicated, and unrealistic game. This is a simplified version THAT WORKS for minecraft. Basically, in the real blitzball it is an enormous sphere of water in which they play water polo in, but more violently. in this, the sphere of water is there, but there is an underwater minecart track going from goal to goal. Someone presses the button on top and a minecart is perfectly dropped into the arena. Then both teams (Must have godmode, or if you want to have more fun turn it off and just turn off water damage for some violent fun) must try to push the minecart into the opponent's goal for one point. First to 3 goals wins!
