It was for making my own fireworks. I already followed the wiki, so look at mine, i think its lots better than yours (Mine atomaticly stops and starts using pressure plate en haves 6x64 rockets for every dispenser (i use 6 dispenser)

Hoopla, its a .jar file! you need to plce it in the .minecraft/bin folder in appdata (easy to reach using %appdata% in the "Run" program). than reload the game!
