I built this giant tree and the village integrated into it within the Realms world I share with my brother. It's a couple of years old now, but I thought I'd share it since it's just sitting there doing nothing! The village spreads into the leaves as well and has multiple passages that flow all the way through the trunk.

The world is not available for download as it's part of our work-in-progress Realms world filled with a whole bunch of random things like this. Perhaps if enough people say they want it I can use a 3rd party program to cut the tree out of our world and upload it by itself. But I haven't done that before so I would need to learn how to do it!
