The “Twinside Tower” is with 196 m the tallest building in Averton and stands on a property of 5200 square meters. It is divided in 5 sections in which the lowest section is the lobby and the highest one is a club/restaurant called “The Vigous” which has an uncomparable view over the city center and the ocean. The three sections in between are used as offices for 29 different Companies. The dark floors between this sections are marking the end of one sections and are used as rest rooms and cafeterias for the employees of each overlaying section. The employees of the lowest offices section own their rooms at the highest floor of the lobby section (the 6th floor ). At the two corners of the building are the entries and 3 glass elevators for each side and in the center of the building is another on for the guests of the lobby and shops in the ground and first floor. There are always two of the glass elevators responsible for the employees of one section so that they are ending at the end of their sections. This transition areas are the dark floors where two elevators end.

The tower is located at 10 Alyss Park where the Alyss Corporation Tower once stood which was abandoned since bankruptsy of the company in 2025. The plans for a revitalization of this area existed for a long time but no corporation was able to found the demolition of this building. In October 2051 the Emergon Corp bought the property and made an international competition for the best design. Out of more than 50 designs the on from the german architect Inko Gnito (alias Flo0498) was chosen. The dilapidated Alyss Corp Tower was demolished form November 2051 till February 2052. The base of the building was finished in April 2052 and from there on it took (with the help of the newest robot construction technology) just 9 months to build the Tower. Even before the foundation was complete far more that 80 percent of the commercial space was sold which, according to estimates, brought the Emergon Corp over 1.2 billion Pounds (which is almost twice the construction prize of 650 million pounds). That was such a great deal because in the 50’s of the 21st century building land in South Averton was rare and the prizes exploded. As the building reached its full height it was taller than the old record holder, the South Averton Radio Tower (S.A.R.T.) which is till it’s antenna just 180 m high. Today are 96 percent of the tower for rent or sold, the empty spaces are getting redeveloped at the moment. The Emergon Corp is now settled between the 12th and 15th floor.

The Twinside Tower is an original Design by Flo0498 from “New Ways Architecture”. Like the Name suggests the structure is a mixture from two twin towers which merge into each other. It’s architecture is more based on postmodernism than futurism even it’s date of build would suggest this. The reddish colour of the building should remind to the days in Avertons history where the region was boggy and full of reddish/orange clay

The Emergon Corporation is an international acting internet business group which holds over 200 companies like the software corporation “Delta Systems” or the hardware company “Sigma Alpha”.

The word “Emergon” is a mixture between the words Emerge and Online which describes roughly the acting filed of the company, the internet and communication technology up to hardware, software, robotic and A.I.). The Company was founded in 2039 from “Delta Systems” to devide themselves to smaller companies for specializing each different product range and to let “Delta Systems” focus just on the software market. At the begging they just got devided into 4 different companies: Delta Systems (for the software Programming), Sigma Alpha (for the hardware and final assembly - products are released from Z-tech), Nagami Robotic (a brought up japanese company for robot development) and Jenna Tech (a pharma and biological research company under direction of the renowned scientist Prof. Dr. Frederick Jenna).

Just five years later the company expanded to various other theme fields and had at this time more than 50 companies. In 2045 their company Z-Tech (Zion Technology = the name for the computers from Delta Systems and Sigma Alpha) started a revolution with the first holographic computer in world history. In this year their stocks tripled their value to 560 US-Dollar. With the unique knowledge of this technology the company created a monopole. The demand for this technology was high in advertising sector as in private sector. They also got many assignments from cities all over the world to renew their information systems. The demand was so high that they could barely produce all the holographers. Another revolution happened in 2067 with the breakthrough in the A.I. research as they finished the first independently thinking system called (Prometheus). This system was a huge step but it still had a lot of problems which had to be finished before it could get released to public. Today there are 3 prototypes of Prometheus 3.0 in Delta City (East Coast of the USA), Chen Zhen (East China) and Averton (Great Britain). The programs are leading most of the public services as the car navigation service of the self-driving cars in this cities. Today Emergon Corp is one of the biggest multinational conglomerates in the world and is leading in the information, computer technology and robotic industry and still has its monopole in the holographic sector.
