Golden Pyramid Mall

Golden Pyramid Mall is a shopping mall that is located in area 4. The mall is a super-regional mall that opened in 1979 with anchors May Company, JCPenney, Younkers, and Sears. In 2001, May Company was converted to Marshall Field's, then to Macy's in 2006. In August 2017, Sears and their wings closed, some stores from that wing relocated to different places. In August 2018, Younkers closed due to The Bon-Ton going out of business. In 2019, Burlington, Buckle, Evereve, and Sleep Number has took over the old wing and the Sears space. In September 2022, a new 2 level wing was built with a Dillard's department store, with Redline Superstore opening next summer, H&M demolished the former Younkers space to build a 3 level store, which results the old location, and the locations at Nathan Lovell and Mall of Jesus to close. Golden Pyramid Mall currently has 68 stores occupied and the mall does have a food court located across from Banana Republic and Victoria's Secret.
