He only appears after your first death, spawns during the night, despawns during day. He stalks you like a creeper but only attacks you when your off guard (when you don't look at him) unless you find a way to lose him. Once you kill him which will be hard to do, he'll drop a special powerful weapon which is his Scythe that has 10 Attack.
