I have seen several tips and tutorials for villager breeding - mostly doors, doors and doors, which I never liked the concept of. They looked ugly and out of place. Instead, I came up with another idea, which is more aesthetic - and useful at the same time.
The ceiling and the corners of this miniature plantation (seven potatoes + seven carrots) are made of glass, while the walls are acacia doors. They are the easiest to see through, like some kind of bars. This is just a prototype, but of course any size can be imagined.
Now because of the doors villagers sense it as 12 houses (i.e it has twelve doors: 3+4+4+1 - the last could have been 3 as well, but I ran out of doors :D ), so while doing agricultural work, my villagers will love each other and reproduce children.
