The Beta number will increase to 2.0 when the chapter Anamolous Materials is entirely complete... THIS IS RELEASE OF HALF-LIFE: MINECRAFT EDITION BETA 1.2, THERE IS MORE TO COME, AND WITH IT PROGRESS PERCENTAGE WILL RETURN TO 0%!!!

The attempts to create Half-Life's Black Mesa by other players are great, but I felt they lacked in visual appeal and content related to the actual game. This isn't implying everyone else sucks, just I felt like I could recreate one of the games I know best, and to recreate it with the best quality I can, factoring time and real life work, I figured it'd be easiest to use a texture pack to do the painstaking pixel shading and block forging for me...
I greatly appreciate any feedback and improvements you would like to mention, so long as the change still adequately defines the game's original visual content.

-Note: The map isn't going to include the tram ride at the beginning, but the scenery will still be available to visit. The project will start at the beginning of the in-game chapter "Anomalous Materials"

I will not create anything that will be taken credit for however, therefore if you provide useful and productive tips or suggestions, I will give the credit to the username of whoever gave me the tip.

The map-as I stated in the first paragraph-comes best, visually, if you use the specified texture pack. This texture pack doesn't belong to me, and I strongly suggest it for those looking to create a Half-Life 1 themed creation. The texture pack comes fit with tons of the computer's buttons doors and graphics that couldn't otherwise fit in blocks in pictures... My thanks is so great to Juraj1that I can't state in words, they provided the best original Half-Life images than I've ever seen in Minecraft, at the bottom of this Project's page a link to the unmatched Half-Life texture pack will be provided.
Please like, and if I get enough demands for postage of the map I will post the save up, however due to it's small size currently, I will not post it willfully... The map will be posted for sure, when I've completed the entire facility known to you at the end of the chapter "Anomalous Materials".

Additional Notes

Please be aware, I'm not implying that everyone else's attempts as creating Black Mesa suck, just that they could be better, which is what this project is dedicated entirely to doing.

In the future this map will be provided as a Creative download, allowing you to add or modify anything you want.

PS: the project will not advance much further, as the project has intersected itself preventing further production, if anyone can provide a possible fix for this problem, please tell me... I will also be posting a creative version of it for those who feel like it's possible to proceed. If you manage to get around the space issues, repost the map, or send me a file save for it. The project has one more release coming up, but without help, Beta 2.0 will not become available. I might make it seperately and post it as a different map.
