Could you make the map full of snow like in the real Howling Abyss?

Hey i was wondering if you could help me, im currently trying to make my
own Howling abyss map.... i was just going to download yours but it
isnt working for me. All i want to know is your dimensions. like how
long it should be and how wide in place... if this is possible then that
would be great if not then thank you anyway :)

Nice job building this map. I was wondering if I could have your permission to edit the map to make it more LoL-like(adding shop, turrets, currency, etc)?

PS: The map download doesn't work.
