At FrostFire, Im an admin on this server, i can assure you that you only get kicked for serious things, this is also the case for Bans, this problem you are talking about, the only reason you would of been kicked is that you were actually the one at fault, We have a forum at which you can complain, its the top link at www.raddafiskie.com so please dont go complain on this Users account.

FYI: You can rejoin instantly after a kick
