This is Isengard from Lord of the Rings. In the middle of Isengard, there is Orthanc, the tower. This whole thing was made by me, and it is almost completed. I need to add a few more mines and some minor detailing, and then I am done. This depiction of Isengard was after Saruman had started to build his army, hence the Orc Mines.
