Hello all! We welcome you to our second build, Isle of Skalladar. During the time that we built this map we have welcomed few new builders. These builders are masters of their crafts and have brought there talent and skills into the sonraigh build team. We have worked on this build for a couple months now, and put in our greatest effort in creating a beautiful port city called the Isle of Skalladar. We have even bigger plans for our next build, we hope that you enjoy, and we would appreciate your feed back in the comments section below :).

Lore:
The city of Skalladar was once founded by the Brothers Skarson on one of the Islands in the Isle. As the biggest island they named the isle itself after the capital city. Both of them were brave Nordic explorers with the order to find a new home for their tribe. Their old home was burned to the ground by a strong neighboring tribe. Their mission was successful, although they got into a terrible storm twice, but after a couple of weeks, they discovered a complete new and unknown group of islands. On the largest of them, the Skarsons began to established a town with the help of their fellow men. Although life was hard for them in those days, the new city called Skalladar grew very fast, and soon there were more inhabitants living there than the Skarsons had ever dreamt of. In the last years, Skalladar was often threatened by other nordic Vikings who were also interested in the Brenningr Islands, but nevertheless both of the Skarson brothers could force back their enemies for a long time. One year ago, one of them, Hroald, died because of an illness. And the other one, Grimr was slowly turning to dust. It seems the old king isn’t as reasonable as in the past, so it will be interesting to see how long Skalladar will still be able to defend itself from the huge number of enemies.

Great work, everyone! <3
there is just one quite huge flaw... noise, very, very noisy, try to avoid this in your future builds guys/girls ;)
but it is still a noticable creation :)
I do have to say the snowy/nordic theme worked out well.
