Tarnton Holdfast
This plot belongs to House Tarnton. House Tarnton is an old house and holds a unstable relationship with The Duchy of Tregaron.

Lore Prologue

Lord of House Tregaron sends one of his scouts to Odenvale to restore their trade. However, the scout never made it to Odenvale but got brutally killed around the holdfast which belongs to House Tarnton. House Tarnton and Duchy of Tregaron have always had a rivalry between each other. There have been rumours about a secret brotherhood operating in that region and it's said they must have killed the scout. The lord of House Angarth thinks this might aswell be a good reason to fight House Tarnton once again. As Angarth got hurt in their last battle with House Marsh, lord of Tregaron sends ravens to House Faypond. In the letter he is asking for help against House Tarnton and the brotherhood. Odenvale calls the banners to stop this never-ending feud. Stonegate, has made their own plans in the mean time...
Stonegate wants to kidnapp the lord of Odenvale. In exchange, the lord of Stonegate wants a bigger share of the taxations gained in Boravia. As it's customary for the lord of Odenvale to march in front of his army with 6 of his most trusted knights, Stonegate plans on ambusing them as soon as they come into Tarnton. However, due to the many spies the Brotherhood has they got to know Stonegates plans and decide to ambush them instead.

Lore Chapter I
"As m'lord commands" I said. He arose from his seat and walked towards me, a big man he was, he towered over all of us.  He firmly put his hand on my shoulder and nodded silently. There were alot of questions in my mind yet I didn't dare to show any sign of doubt. Later that day, I found myself packing my bags for the journey that awaited me. "Tomorrow, before I leave I need some time for myself" I thought. The next day I went for a walk in the forest surrounding the castle. The glistening globules of daw moisted my leather boots. It was early, the sun was bursting it's way trough the leaves to come to a halt when it would touch the ground. I spent some time on a weathered rock, thinking about my journey. The birds in the forest were singing louder by each passing second, as if they wanted me to leave. "I had best keep going" I told myself. A horse was waiting for me, a thoroughbred Domathian horse. Easily recognizeable, even easier when hurrying it's way trough these lands as Domathian horses were known for their swiftness. I got up the horse and gave the beautiful creature, for wich she was, a tap on her head. I gave the horse a light kick with my feet and there we went.


About This Project
This is a project I started some time ago on a plotserver (details below). It started as one plot but as I got help from my friends we decided to expand it. Now this "Kingdom exists out of 4 plots. Along with each plot Ill release another chapter of the lore.
