This is a modern house ready to be placed in any world whether Single player or on a server. Use it for an admin house or whatever suits your needs. This beautiful house is decorated by some birch and oak trees and two ponds. It also includes a pool and a few lawn chairs. The property is surrounded by a Spruce leaf hedge all around. It is unfurnished so that you can add whatever decorations you please.

Additional Notes

The main materials used include; Stone, glass panes, and many quartz materials. I have also used wool and birch wood plank flooring for the house. Spawn point and copy point are on the same block which is in front of the entrance.
