This is the Ronald's Ice Cream Depot in Leaftown, RN (A town in the Diamond City Metro Area). This place has some pretty colorful ice cream trucks such as Frosty Freezer which is a new York style ice cream truck (It's also inspired by this ice cream truck). Mr. Ice Cream (the green and blue one) and Monterrey Jack Treats are based on two real life ice cream trucks.
