For my favourite pac man character, LightningParab the Ghost Queen!! LightningParab is a skinner from Minecraft Skins/The Skindex and she's one of my favourite skinners! She's funny, kind and amusing, she twins with the skinner TETQBases on Skindex and they always tell each other how amazing the other person is.
