This is a modern build, 16x and abides by the Chunk Challenge rules and is submitted for the contest.

I tried to put detail wherever possible, and added custom particle effects to add a unique feel to the home. I haven't seen anyone use the particles how I have yet.

I will be taking contests on PlanetMinecraft in the future, so be sure to check out my profile now and then. I post random skins, sometimes vehicle packs and a upcoming modern village.

The theme of this home is red, grey and white for the exterior, while inside there are brown additions, noised cyan carpets and more.

I added a little pool on the second floor, with a little fake lily pad and a yellow float.
