The Luther Loges building is a 10 story Skyscraper with 10 appartments a grand lobby with fountain and skylight. It is crowned with a 3 story penthouse with private access. It also has a bridge going through it with a basement/Train Station. The only reason it is 85 percent complete it because there it the start of an underwater library in its subasement(accessed only from penthouse).
