This is a 6 unit luxury condo, with the top 2 floors consisting of 2 penthouse units. (*Please use Modern HD texture pack)

Two units on the 1st floor have been furnished, along with one penthouse unit. The furnished units are unit A-1, A-2, and C-1.

Apartment Features:

Working elevator - Command block operated elevator for fast travel from floor to floor.

Working mail box - Check the mails of your tenants :P

Parking areas - 2 large parking lots on the ground level of the apartment, each with accessible entry and exit.

Common areas - 3 vending machines on the top floor and sitting areas on the top floor balcony.

Penthouse - Amazing skylight features in the penthouse.

Staircase - Separate staircases for each wings for fast access in times of emergency.

Balcony - Large balconies on all units, but the penthouse units' balconies truly stand out.
