  This is Marx's homeworld, a world of seven distinct elements: Water, light, fire, psychic, darkness, forest, and ice. These energies are spread throughout the lands to create diverse environments, and many just as diverse tribes have settled in all the various regions. Long ago they built a series of shrines that honor the elements and challenge those that seek their power. Challengers that reach the sanctuary found at the end of each shrine gain the power of its respective element. As a resident in the Town of Elementia, you have decided to take on each and every challenge of the shrines, hoping to collect the powers of each of the seven elements as well as explore your world. Your adventure will take you across the lands, meeting the various tribes, and conquering the trials of the elements they have mastered.
Your first trial is the Elemental Shrine, as it is your town's shrine. To take on the other trials though, you must first clear the Elemental Shrine. Afterwards, you can complete the trials in any order you prefer. The usual route is Water, Light, Fire, Psychic, Darkness, Forest, and Ice.
