this is a real medieval house studied and built in Minecraft. It's a small sized compact blacksimth's house. There is a work are in the ground floor, sleeping quarters in the first floor, and the roof.

I think the 1st floor is way too small, for the Top to stand out like that without any support.
Another thing that I think is too much are these big windows.
Look up medieval houses, you will see very small or more practical use of windows or windows openings.
