Making a concept in pixel art first was really fun and made coming up with ideas much easier! I'll probably do it again. Also, it made the building process a lot faster and less confusing. Details are obviously added in Minecraft while building.

The part of the build to the right of the tall tower is supposed to have been built later, in a different architectural style, which is why it looks different. I find this sort of thing makes a building more interesting, and happens often in real life throughout history.

Perhaps you have some ideas for what I could try next? I'm happy to get some new ideas, so let me know :)
