This is a empty world template complete with spawn system.
Download it and check it out for yourself!
I usually use this to make my maps.
When you are going to customize the spawnpoint just follow these instructions.
1.Change two of the command blocks coordinates to where you want your spawnpoint to be
2.Change the landscape to how you want it to be.

And you're all done!
