This is my take on a modern house with a twist. A house built across a river or a ravine! The house comes with an interior. There could be better storage and crafting options for a survival world but the building is easy to improve and add to. You can also make it bigger by simply extending the building and repeating the pattern. There are also options to add stairs to a mine where the fish tank is located for your survival world.
I added the options to download the schematics as well as a world download.
This was built in 1.16.4 but should work on any versions with the nether update.
