Genesis Bay Survival House
A creative-style modern home, built in default and optimized for survival play.
Been awhile, PMC! I've been very busy.
This house is the result of countless hours of nether mining, wither farm grinding, and everything else required by survival mode. I'm staff on the Brothercraft Survival server, and this house was built as my personal end-game base. It caters directly to default texturepack-using players on SMP.
This house was planned in many stages on a single player world and was built online, by hand, without the use of fly, creative mode or worldedit. Combined, it took approx. 3 months of resource gathering and economy-based selling and trading to build this house, which used well over a doublechest of quartzblock and 125 beacons.
FEATURES:
- Fully mob-spawn proof inside and out, via hidden lighting and halfslabbing
- Two push-button triple beacon banks
- Large, centrally located survival-friendly chest room and enchanting room
- 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms
- 2 Family rooms, Pool table
- Sleek modern pool and deck area
- Bar and push-button fireplace
- Full WoK-style Kitchen and Living spaces
- Elegant interior and exterior design, all dones in the DEFAULT resource pack.
- Flowing front walkway leading from dock and Keralis-based yacht

Extra care was taken ensuring smooth flowing colors and textures, despite deafult's tendency to suck really hard for modern building. Many squid gave their lives for the black stained glass. :P
