Based heavily on Capitol Hill, the Monument to Order is designed as the capitol building of my future city. However, it's not meant to be an exact replica.
Still very much a WIP. When done, the hill will be replaced by an extension of the building, the stairs will be less crude, there will be a more appealing surrounding area and it will actually have an interior.
