TubeWeViews first Entry into the large scale Contest.  The Palace is better views at evening and night.  The Name Noctilucent is a Latin Name for Polar mesospheric clouds that glow during deep twilight.

Inspired by a number of fantacy castles, palaces and movie scenes.  The internal cylinder is an air port of sorts for the airships.  The large Royal Air ship is one of many we had planned but did not get around to.  Some shops are built into the walls at various heights as well as the all important pool(lol)

Some MC edit has been used, no photoshop, no shaders(never used them before) and a standard approved block list was decided on early.  The lower level is intented to contain a working city that we intend to complete as a lets build video series.
