This is just a simple, stackable, skyscraper I made. Inside the stairs alternate directions, but it is easily editable for zipper elevators if needed.

Each room includes a Bed, Brew Stand, Large Chest, and Cauldron.
Under the stairs there are two Ender Chests.
The stairs also lead to roof access where apartment parties can be held.
