Hello there, ladies and gentlemen!  I know it's been a while since you've seen anything new from me, but today I proudly present the beginning of Parkour Laboratory.  It's a facility designed to test and evaluate the difficulty of parkour obstacles in Minecraft.

This is an ongoing venture that will take many months or, perhaps, years to complete.  Please watch the provided video to see my introduction of this build.

Test Protocol
To begin testing, simply walk up to a chamber.  There are currently two distinct types of test chambers: Normal & Static.  Normal chambers allow you to use a momentum jump (running, jumping, and then jumping immediately after landing).  There are two platforms that proceed the obstacle (the running platform, and the landing platform).  Simply run along the running platform, jump to the landing platform, and hold the space bar.  This will give you greater momentum.

Static jumps forbid the use of momentum jumping.  To execute a static jump, you have to stand idly on the red starting platform before you jump.  You can still run, you just can't build momentum with a preliminary jump.

If you succeed, you will land on the end platform.  Simply press the button on the wall and you'll be warped back to the start. If you fail, you will fall into the pit.  Simply walk over the pressure plate and you'll be warped back to the start.

After a period of testing, simply walk over to the chest and retrieve your diamonds and coal.  Diamonds represent successful jumps, and coal represents failure.  Tally your score and then return the materials to the droppers (climb the ladder).
Submitting Test Results
If you want to submit test results to me, you have to follow the submission guidelines.

1 - You must attempt each jump a minimum of 10 times.

2 - You must attempt each chamber in equal amounts.  You can't just test the Devil's Step 10,000 times and not test anything else.

3 - No shortcuts or cheating; let the test results speak for themselves.  You're not going to be judged for sucking at parkour.

4 - When you're ready to submit results, send me a PM on PMC.  You can write the results directly in the PM, or you can organize them in a Word/Pages/Text document and provide me a link.  Keep the results neat and legible and be sure they're accurate and free of errors.  All I want is your number of successes vs your number of failures for each obstacle.

Example:
001-A: 9S, 1F
001-B: 6S, 4F
002-A: 8S, 2F
002-B: 2S, 8F
etc.

5 - If you succeed at any of the following chambers, you must provide video proof of it.

003-B
004-A
005-A
006-B
007-B
008-A
011-B
012-B
