A solo build contest? Sweet! Or should I say suite?

I hope to see more solo build contests, and ones that aren't just interior design.

- Large kitchen with counter seating
- Dining room
- Living room with home bar, large tv, fireplace
- Under stairs storage closet
- Light shelves on upper windows
