As you sail in the sea the captain of the ship you are on sees another vessel with he leader of the 'The Sailing Shadows' on board, he sends you to go on to their ship and help them win the sea battle, that they wouldn't be able to do on there own since 'Refuge Island', the dock where most of the resistances ships were made, was taken by 'The Sailing Shadows'.  After defeating a few of the captain's minions, you go below deck to find the captain. You get closer to the captain's quarters and fight him, but after getting hit in the head, you fall unconscious. You wake to see that you have been locked in a cage with no where to go. You are then taken to Refuge Island and sent to prison...
