Additional Notes

Down load a new minecraft 1.6.2 from minecraft.net, click download then click minecraft.exe. let this run and install the the launcher is not on your desktop it will be in your downloads folder. Drag it from there onto your desktop.

Next down load Forge 1.6.2 installer version, drag it to your desktop and double click it. A window will open and then click ok, this will install 2 files into your Versions folder in your .minecraft file.
The Forge folder is called 1.6.2- Forge9.10.0.803 inside this is 2 files, 1.6.2-Forge 9.10.0.803 and 1.6.2- Forge9.10.0.803. json.

Now click and copy 1.6.2- Forge9.10.0.803 folder and paste it in the versions, it should now say 1.6.2- Forge9.10.0.803 copy.

Now change the name to 1.6.2 Forge, then open it and change the names of the 2 files to the same name 1.6.2 Forge. They should look like these 1.6.2 Forge and 1.6.2 Forge.json, one is your . jar and the other is . json.

Now click and open 1.6.2 Forge.json with notepad, scroll down to the 4th line up from the bottom and locate this line "id ": "1.6.2- Forge9.10.0.803", now change it to look like this "id": "1.6.2 Forge ",
Save and close.

Next open your minecraft launcher click edit profile, in the top field that says copy of blaa blaa, Type 1.6.2 Forge. Then tick the box's on the left Game blaa blaa, and Enable blaa blaa, then click the dropdown tab to the right that says use version and select 1.6.2 Forge, you may have to scroll down to find it, once selected click save profile.

Next, click the profile tab and select 1.6.2 Forge, and then click play, this will start minecraft and install forge completely.

Once minecraft screen appears check that it says Forge .... 3 mods installed. Then close minecraft and return to appdata click back so your in the .minecraft folder several other folders will now be here click and open mods and put your OptiFine 1.6.2 HD U A2 Zip file here and your [1.6.2] ReiMinimap v3.4 01 file here also.

Next open magic launcher and click
Click "Setup"
Select Environment "1.6.2 Forge"
Click "Add" select the OptiFine ZIP file that you put in the mods folder
Click "Advanced"
In the field "Parameters" add -Dfml.ignorePatchDiscrepancies=true
Click "OK"
Login and play
