You go to your .minecraft which can be found by going to your start menu and then typing %appdata%, then go to your saves and unzip the RAR file with WinRAR or 7-Zip into there!

You might as well add roads, and block the edges of routes with trees, or else people will stray...

Roads are a good idea, but trees for edges of routes, i dont check that.
