The first map, whose construction was directed by Dayela and Hunter takes the ancient Greek city, with a big inspiration of Athens, including the temple on top of the Acropolis, which takes a central point in the city. Around the hill stands daily Greek life, with olive trees lining the roads of different neighborhoods and the market. At the top, Zeus watches. According to Hesiod "The eye of Zeus sees everything, knows everything." The cloud filled with lightning is the link between the kingdom of the Most High, the heavens, and that of the humans it monitors, the ground. He is ready to fulfill the destiny of the city, lightning by hand.
Poseidon, often likened to the sea and the oceans, is the older brother of Zeus according to Hesiod, saved from his father Chronos by the latter. The city or rather the castle of Poseidon is underwater, erected between algae, sand and corals. It emerges from this underwater city a lush life. Behind his domain, Poseidon is materialized, with the power of the waves in his right hand, and his scepter in his left hand, the famous trident, that he got cyclops. He was imagined by Aera with a thick fish tail, he imposes, watching over his domain.
The builders (Dayela, Hunter, Aposlash, Aera128, Erak and DirtRaising) wanted to celebrate this common imaginary around Greek mythology and Atlantis. This one widens on other works taking again the Greek mythology, in particular with the project "Tempest Sky" which was made by two great builders minecraftient: Zortron and Hydraxus. The first being a member of a famous community named Angel Block Society and the second being the founder of a tall team named Pandora's Block. Si les périodes de croyances monothéistes grecques remontent de l’époque minoenne jusqu’à la Paix romaine, la mythologie grecque (et romaine), elle, perdure encore aujourd’hui et est une très grande source d’inspiration dans nombre d’œuvres contemporaines.C’est tout naturellement que la RossignolBT s’est emparée du sujet, en produisant deux maps en l’honneur de deux frères bien connus du Mont Olympe, Zeus, le maître de la destinée et Poséidon, le tempestaire des flots et l’ébranleur du sol.
La première map, dont la construction a été dirigée par Dayela et Hunter, reprend la ville antique grecque, avec une grosse inspiration d’Athènes, avec notamment le temple au-dessus de l’acropole, qui tient un point central dans la cité. Autour de la colline se tient la vie quotidienne grecque, avec les oliviers qui bordent les routes des différents quartiers et du marché. En haut, Zeus veille. Selon Hésiode “L’œil de Zeus voit tout, connaît tout.” Le nuage gorgé d’éclairs fait la liaison entre le royaume du Très-haut, les cieux, et celui des humains qu’il surveille, le sol. Il est prêt à accomplir le destin de la ville, éclair à la main.
Poséidon, souvent assimilé à la mer et aux océans, est le frère aîné de Zeus selon Hésiode, sauvé de son père Chronos par ce dernier. La ville ou plutôt le château de Poséidon est sous-marin, érigé entre les algues, le sable et les coraux. Il se dégage de celle ville sous-marine une vie luxuriante. Derrière son domaine, Poséidon
est matérialisé, avec le pouvoir des flots dans sa main droite, et son sceptre dans sa main gauche, le célèbre trident, qu’il obtint des cyclopes. Il a été imaginé par Aera avec une épaisse queue de poisson, il en impose, veillant sur son domaine.
Les constructeurs (Dayela, Hunter, Aposlash, Aera128, Erak et DirtRaising) ont ici voulu célébrer cet imaginaire commun autour de la mythologie grecque et de l’Atlantide. Cela s’élargit sur d'autres œuvres reprenant la mythologie grecque, notamment avec le projet « Tempest Sky » qui a été fait par deux grands builders minecraftient : Zortron et Hydraxus. Le premier étant membre d’une célèbre communauté du nom d’Angel Block Society et le deuxième étant le fondateur d’une grande équipe du nom de Pandora’s Block. If the periods of Greek monotheistic beliefs go back from the Minoan period until the Roman Peace, Greek (and Roman) mythology, it still continues today and is a very great source of inspiration in many contemporary works. It is quite natural that RossignolBT seized the subject, producing two maps in honor of two well-known brothers of Mount Olympus, Zeus, the master of destiny and Poseidon, the tempest of the waves and the shaker of the ground.
